Privacy Policy
The short version: photos you upload are sent to our styling engine and AI providers to create fit analysis and requested renders. Guest source photos stay in device memory and transient processing only; signed-in Fit Check photos are saved privately only when the check is saved to your library, until you delete the check or account. We never use your photos to train AI models or sell your data.
1Who we are
LovPersona ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Amworkplace Ltd, Ontario, Canada. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: skv.cool@gmail.com.
2What we collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not run third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
3Photos — exactly what happens
- Analysis. When you run a Fit Check, your photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) to our styling engine, which uses vetted AI providers (currently OpenAI, and Google for some measurements and quality checks) to read fit, colour, grooming, and presence. Providers process the photo to produce the analysis and are contractually restricted from using API data to train their models.
- Storage. When a check is saved to your Style Library, the photo is stored in a private storage bucket, in a folder scoped to your account, protected by row-level security — no other user, and no public URL, can reach it. Photos are served back to you only via short-lived signed links.
- Retention. Unsaved guest uploads and source photos used for try-on, boards, hairstyles, or reels are held only in device memory and transient engine/provider processing; they are not added to your account library. Saved Fit Check photos and checks are kept until you delete them. Generated looks are saved to your private Style Library only when the app records that result for a signed-in account, and remain until account deletion.
- No training. We do not use your photos to train our own or anyone else's AI models. Recommendation quality is improved using the non-photographic "signals" telemetry described above.
- AI-generated imagery. Try-on renders, hairstyle visualisations, style boards, and style reels are AI-generated derivatives of your photo. They pass automated content-safety screening and are labeled as AI-generated where shown or shared. Saved generated results are stored as private account data; unsaved results are not promised permanent storage.
4Deleting your data
- Delete a check: removes the database record and its photo from storage.
- Delete your account (in-app, Account → Delete account): permanently removes all your storage photos and deletes your user record, which cascades your profile, check history, wardrobe, and subscription rows. This is our implementation of the GDPR/PIPEDA right to erasure and is not reversible.
- Payment records required for tax and accounting law are retained by our payment processor per its legal obligations.

These providers process data on our instructions. Some are located in the United States, including our own GPU servers; transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
6Affiliate links
Product recommendations may use affiliate links — if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate networks receive only the click, never your LovPersona profile or photos. Our Terms of Service explain affiliate links in full.
718+ only
LovPersona is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it. Photos that appear to include minors are refused by our content-safety screening.
8Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Photos live in per-account private storage enforced by row-level security; database access is scoped the same way. Our engine sits behind API-key and rate-limit gates, and every generated image passes an automated safety gate before it reaches you.
9Your rights
Depending on where you live (PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR/UK-GDPR in Europe, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Most of these are self-serve in the app; for anything else, email skv.cool@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
10Changes
If this policy changes materially we will notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
