Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Amworkplace Ltd covering the LovPersona app, website, and services. By creating an account or using LovPersona you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1Eligibility — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. LovPersona is not directed at minors, and accounts belonging to under-18s will be closed. You may only submit photos of yourself (or of a person who has given you their explicit consent).
2The service
LovPersona analyzes photos you submit to produce a Style Persona: style scores, suggested fixes, colour analysis, size translations, product suggestions, wardrobe outfits, and optional AI-generated imagery such as try-on renders and reels. Feature availability varies by plan (Free, Plus, Pro) and may change as the product evolves.
3AI-generated content — what it is and isn't
- Style advice is opinion, not fact. Scores and recommendations are produced by AI systems calibrated for honest, constructive styling feedback. They are subjective by nature and not professional, medical, dermatological, or psychological advice.
- Renders are synthetic. Try-on images, hairstyle visualisations, and reels are AI-generated derivatives of your photo. They approximate — they do not guarantee — how a garment or style will look in reality. AI-generated imagery is labeled as such.
- Products are third-party. Sizes, prices, and availability come from retailers and can be wrong or stale; the purchase contract is between you and the retailer.
4Your content and license to us
You own your photos and content. You grant Amworkplace Ltd a limited, revocable license to host, process, and transform them solely to operate the service for you — analysis, storage in your private library, and generating your renders. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not publish your content; sharing is always your action. Deleting content or your account ends this license (see the Privacy Policy for deletion mechanics).
5Acceptable use
- No photos of other people without their explicit consent, and never photos of minors.
- No attempts to generate nudity or sexually explicit content — requests are blocked and repeated attempts close the account.
- No harassment, impersonation, scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk use, or interference with the service or its safety systems.
- No unlawful use, and no misrepresenting AI-generated renders as authentic photographs of real events.
6Plans, billing, and refunds
- Free includes a monthly allowance of checks and core features. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions that unlock additional features; prices are shown in your local currency at purchase and vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded under that store's rules; web purchases are processed by Stripe. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
- One-off purchases (e.g. premium checks or reels where offered) are consumed on delivery.
7Affiliate links
Some product links are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes which products we recommend — recommendations are driven by your fit, colours, and budget.
8Intellectual property
The LovPersona name, marks, app, engine, card designs, and content (excluding your content) belong to Amworkplace Ltd and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. To the extent AI-generated renders of your photo attract rights, we assign them to you for personal use, subject to these terms.
9Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account) — this permanently purges your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the safety systems, or create risk for other users, with notice where practicable.
10Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amworkplace Ltd disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party products and retailers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of CAD $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under Canadian and provincial consumer-protection statutes.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to sue at home.
12Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: skv.cool@gmail.com.
