01Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Submit photos only of yourself, or of an adult who has given you explicit consent.
02The service
LovPersona analyses photos you submit to produce style scores, suggested fixes, colour analysis, size translations, product suggestions, wardrobe outfits, and optional AI-generated renders and reels. Features vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.
03AI-generated content
- Advice is opinion. Scores and recommendations are AI-generated styling opinions, not professional, medical, or psychological advice.
- Renders are synthetic. Try-on images and reels approximate how something might look; they are not photographs and are labelled as AI-generated.
- Products are third-party. Prices, sizes, and availability come from retailers and may be wrong or out of date. Purchases are between you and the retailer.
04Your content
You own your photos and content. You grant Amworkplace Ltd a limited, revocable licence to host, process, and transform them solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos to train models and we do not publish your content. Deleting content or your account ends this licence; see the Privacy Policy.
05Acceptable use
- No photos of minors, and none of other people without their consent.
- No attempts to generate nudity or sexually explicit content.
- No harassment, impersonation, scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk use, or interference with the service.
- No presenting AI-generated renders as authentic photographs.
06Plans and billing
- Free, Plus, and Pro plans are described in the app. Prices are shown at purchase and vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- App-store purchases are billed and refunded under Apple's or Google's rules; web purchases through Stripe. Statutory refund rights are unaffected. One-off purchases are consumed on delivery.
- Some product links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
07Intellectual property
The LovPersona name, marks, app, models, and content other than yours belong to Amworkplace Ltd and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Rights in renders made from your photo are assigned to you for personal use.
08Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users, with notice where practicable.
09Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Amworkplace Ltd disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for third-party products. Our total liability is limited to the greater of CAD $50 or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under Canadian consumer-protection statutes.
10Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, with Ontario courts having jurisdiction except where your local consumer law says otherwise. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Questions: hello@lovpersona.com.
